Minimum Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Analytics, Information Systems,
Data Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience
7+ years of progressively responsible experience in advanced analytics, FP&A, business
intelligence, or data governance, preferably supporting regulated operations (healthcare,
pharmacy, insurance, retail healthcare).
Demonstrated experience establishing KPI definitions/metric catalogs, data quality
controls, and building executive dashboards.
Experience translating operational workflows into financial drivers (productivity,
cost-to-serve, profitability).
Technical / Functional Skills
Advanced proficiency in BI and analytics (e.g., Power BI/Tableau/Looker) and data
querying/modeling (SQL).
Strong understanding of governance concepts: data ownership, stewardship, definitions,
lineage, refresh cadence, quality monitoring.
Working knowledge of HIPAA privacy principles, role-based access concepts, and
auditability for reporting.
Ability to partner with vendor support (e.g., PrimeRx/Micro Merchant Systems),
operations, and finance stakeholders to resolve root-cause issues and sustain
improvements.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience analyzing pharmacy reimbursement dynamics (paid vs reversed, claim rejects,
return-to-stock, acquisition cost vs reimbursement, inventory variance).
Experience supporting multi-site operations and expansion analytics.
Strong Advanced Analytics intake, prioritization, and stakeholder enablement.
Experience with forecasting & scenario planning for volume, margin, inventory, and
staffing.
Experience with data governance program leadership (PrimeRx + connected systems).
